Being a sponsored driver is about more than race results. While performance at major national and regional events is important, we are equally focused on the character and professionalism our drivers display both on and off the track. We are looking for racers who consistently compete at a high level, represent the Fantom Racing brand with integrity, and contribute positively to the racing community.
Team drivers should be leaders in their local racing scene, willing to help fellow racers, promote the brand, and create excitement around Fantom Racing products while having fun! Ideal candidates actively support their local dealers and online retail partners, helping introduce new customers to the brand and driving growth through genuine product advocacy. Above all, we want team members who are passionate about racing, committed to continuous improvement, and dedicated to helping Fantom Racing succeed both at the track and in the marketplace.
