Software Updates
If you have an LCD Program Card that has, or has already been updated to LCD firmware v1.2, you can update it to this latest BETA testing firmware v1.3, by following the instructions in the LCD Program Card User Manual (link above). This new firmware allows you to lower the “Start RPM” (T7), in “Turbo Mode” (T), to 4000 RPM.
If you have an LCD Program Card that will not update your custom Turbo and Boost mode settings to your ESC correctly, you will need to update your LCD Program Card to this firmware (v1.2), by following the instructions in the LCD Program Card User Manual (link above).
If you have an ESC shipped to you after December 10, 2018, and it will not connect to your original version LCD Program Card, you will need to update your LCD Program Card to the latest firmware, by following all the instructions and links below.
If you have an ESC shipped to you before December 10, 2018, and you want it updated to the latest firmware and/or so that it matches a second ESC that you have received after December 10, 2018, you will need to update your original ESC to the latest firmware, by following all the instructions and links below.
If you have an ESC shipped to you after December 10, 2018, and it does not blink in “Stock (Blinky) Mode”, you will need to update your ESC to the revised v4.1 firmware, by following all the instructions and links below.
